The order process

Creating your custom illustration 

1. Place your order with Ease

You place an order for your preferred illustration style, and upload your photograph at checkout. 

​

2. We draw your photo

​Our in-house illustrator hand-draws your photograph and artworks it into a beautiful, personalised illustration, using either digital or traditional methods. All illustrations are drawn at the same angle as the photograph, and we never use AI or digital filters for any of our products. 

​

3. You approve the artwork 

We'll send you a free proof once the artwork is ready for your approval. If you would like some tweaks to the drawing we're more than happy to take some amends so that your artwork is just right. 

​

3. You make their day 

We dispatch your artwork by Royal Mail Tracked 48, so all you need to do is give your loved one their gorgeous illustration and make their day extra special! All artwork is wrapped in tissue paper and can also de sent directly to the recipient.

Your drawing

How we create your illustration

House and venue portraits are traditionally hand-drawn with a fine-liner pen on paper. The sketches are then scanned and personalised with your choice of text. 

​

People, pet and car portraits are drawn digitally using Procreate and an Apple Pencil. Zooming capabilities beyond traditional methods enable our illustrators to achieve greater accuracy when drawing facial features and allows us to capture the finer details that make your photo so unique. 

​

We never use AI or filters for our illustrations, only our own skill and years of experience. 

​

All artwork is printed onto a high-quality 230gsm matt photo paper, using Epson lightfast inks, meaning your artwork will stay looking as good as new for years to come. ​​

Framing

Mounting and framing options. 

A4 prints are dispatched unmounted. 10x10, 10x12 and 11x14 inch illustrations are dispatched in a Snow White picture mount. 

​

For the majority of our illustrations we offer high-quality contemporary wooden frames in painted black, painted white or oak effect. Framing is currently available in three sizes, 10x10, 10x12 and 11x14 inches. 

​

All of our frames are handmade and sourced from UK suppliers, and are shipped with perspex to reduce weight and ensure they are delivered safely without any breakages.
